What equipment do I need?
Commercial / Bodybuilding Gym Program
Hack squat, pendulum squat, belt squat, angled leg press, cable system, lat pulldown, seated row, pull up bar, adjustable bench, individual isolation machines (bicep curl, ab crunch, tricep pushdown, leg extension, leg curl, glute kickback, Bootybuilder, etc), sled push, assault bike, dumbbells, a long stretching band, ankle weights.
You are able to make individual equipment substitutions, but please ensure your gym has most of this equipment.
How long are the workouts?
Strength Training
55 minutes or less
Sprint Workouts
15 minutes or less.
There is no cardio.
This is not a subscription.
You will have access for 12 weeks, after that you will be given the option to sign-up to stay on in the app.
