We can discuss whatever's on your mind
During your 30 minute Zoom session, we’ll take a comprehensive look at your past and current medical history, discuss your main concerns in detail and review your progress pictures, any relevant lab work, Inbody or DEXA scans and anything else you'd like to share. From there, I’ll design a personalized plan tailored to your unique goals — addressing nutrition, lifestyle, exercise and other key factors to help you achieve your dream body composition!

A consultation session is not a substitute for 1:1 coaching or macro coaching
But I would love to help you where I can and you will walk away with a 12 week macro and calorie plan, supplement recommendations, workout advice and more!
