What equipment do I need?

This is a Gym Program

Commercial gym machines, cable system, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, ankle weights

Commercial gym equipment = leg press, leg extension, leg curl, pull up bar, smith machine, chest press, lateral row, chest fly machine, reverse fly machine, lat pulldown, seated row, machine crunch, adjustable bench, sled push etc.


How long are the workouts?

Workout length varies from 45-65 minutes.

You will be billed $30/month to keep access
