What equipment do I need?

Home Program
Ankle weights, dumbbells/kettlebells, bands
Gym Program
Gym machines, cable system, ankle weights, dumbbells/kettlebells, bands

Gym machines = seated ab machines, decline bench, pull up bar, etc.


How long are the workouts?

The workouts are each 20-30 minutes, 3x per week.
Six Pack 2.0 is meant to be done alongside a full body strength training program.

You will have access for 12 weeks - after that, you can sign up to stay on in the app for $10/month and repeat the plan.

I am loving the program and you are absolutely right: for the first time in a long time I'm actually seeing some definition in my abs and core area and when I take a deep breath in and feel my core, it is firm and I can literally feel the muscle growing!!! Weighted ab exercises are really where it's at and you make it so easy to follow along!
